ArtHub ATX — Privacy Policy
Effective August 25, 2026
The short version. We collect only what we need to run our services, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing Hello@arthubatx.com.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and a small amount of technical information collected automatically when you use our website or services.
Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and anything else you enter in a form, message, or account signup.
Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the dates and times of those visits.
From third-party logins: if you sign in through a service such as Facebook or Google, we receive the basic profile information that service shares with us — typically your name, email address, and profile picture.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, and we ask that you not send it to us.
2. How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and improve our services;
Respond to your questions, requests, and support messages;
Send service-related notices and, if you've opted in, occasional updates;
Keep our services secure and prevent fraud or abuse;
Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
Service providers who work on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing — and only to the extent needed to do that work;
Legal requirements, when we're required to respond to a valid legal process or to protect our rights, safety, or property;
Business transfers, if our business is merged, acquired, or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if you do.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above — generally for as long as you have an active account or relationship with us, and afterward only as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping purposes. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain uses. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
To make any of these requests, email Hello@arthubatx.com. We'll respond within 30 days and won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
7. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, and we'll honor the request unless we're legally required to keep specific records.
How to request deletion: email Hello@arthubatx.com with the subject line "Delete My Data" and the email address or account name associated with your information. We'll confirm within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Full instructions are on our data deletion page.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date at the top of this page, and we'll give notice of material changes before they take effect.
11. Contact us
Questions about this policy or how we handle your information? Email Hello@arthubatx.com. We're based in Austin, Texas.
Instagram messaging. When you connect an Instagram professional account to our tools, we
receive comments left on that account's posts and reels, and messages sent to that account,
through Instagram's official API. We use this to send an automated private reply when a
comment or message matches a keyword we've configured. We store the commenter's Instagram
username and ID, the text of the comment or message, and whether a reply was delivered, so
we can avoid replying twice and troubleshoot failures. We never post as you outside of
replies you've configured, never ask for an Instagram password, and never sell this data.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect the Instagram account at any time,
which stops all processing, and request deletion by emailing Hello@arthubatx.com.
