Delete your data
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Here's exactly how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Email us
Send a message to Hello@arthubatx.com from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line “Delete My Data”
This routes your request straight to the right place.
Include your identifying details
Your name, the email address or account name tied to your data, and — if you signed up through Facebook or Google — which login you used.
We confirm and delete
We acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email you when it's done.

What gets deleted
Your account and profile information
Name, email address, and phone number
Messages and form submissions you sent us
Any profile data received from a third-party login
Usage and analytics records tied to you
What we may keep
Records we're legally required to retain, such as transaction and tax records
Information needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements
Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you
If you signed in with Facebook or Google
Removing our app from your Facebook or Google account settings stops future data sharing, but it does not delete what we already hold. To have that removed, send the deletion request described above and we'll erase it from our systems.
Deleting only part of your data
If you'd rather keep your account but remove specific information — a phone number, a past submission, marketing consent — say so in your email and we'll handle just that. You can also unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message we send.
