Energy Flow and Bodily Awareness: Somatic practices enhance awareness of the body’s energy centers (chakras) and the flow of prana. This can help individuals recognize and address imbalances that may be linked to emotional and psychological issues.
Embodiment and Empowerment: Balancing chakras through somatic practices can empower individuals by enhancing clear communication (Throat Chakra), deepening intuition (Third Eye Chakra), and fostering spiritual connection (Crown Chakra). Empowered individuals are more likely to engage in social justice work effectively.
Through engaging discussions, higher-self circles, guided meditations, and immersive experiences, we explore the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness, and other healing practices taking our liberation beyond the mat!

You will take away increased painting and color mixing confidence, a new community of artists focused on personal development, and a full color painting.
The training in Maness’ painting courses provide growth opportunities and a welcome space to both emerging and established artists, with techniques applicable across mediums.
Completion of this Foundations of Painting class series introduces you to the community and is a pre-requisite for joining the Salon painting classes.

PROSE & FLOWS Freestyle Jam Session

Get ready for the another collaboration between ART HUB ATX and Convergent Arts!
PROSE & FLOWS is a monthly freestyle jam session that takes place every fourth Friday from 7-10pm. It is an environment where all art forms get lost in the magic of connection and collaboration through improv, freestyle, free painting, and the open jam using the inspiration of the moment.
This event is open to all ages, people, and passions. Join us every fourth Friday of the month at the biggest art gallery in Texas for an evening full of PROSE & FLOWS!
Loving Kindness "Metta" Meditation and Sound Bath
A gentle loving-kindness (metta) meditation and sound bath to open the heart, soften the mind, and awaken compassion. Through guided intention and soothing sound vibrations, we send peaceful wishes to ourselves, our loved ones, and the world. Let this experience nourish your spirit, restore inner harmony, and reconnect you to the quiet power of love.
We'll begin with a guided meditation to ground your energy then, let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, gong and other healing instruments wash over you in a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to restore balance, clarity, and peace.
Come as you are—leave feeling renewed, radiant, and reconnected.
**Must bring a yoga mat or blanket. None are provided
Sound bath will be in the MUSE gallery - please enter through main entrance and then turn right at the first hallway followed by another right to the main gallery.

We’d love for y’all to participate in this next Screenprinting workshop with us, and we also invite you guys to submit your own designs to be printed for co-op use!
